Hi there,

Have you ever heard of website called  Bubblr? I  would say this is a brilliant website which may be helpful for English learning  process in the classroom.

By using this website, we can create our own slide presentation using photos from Flickr. Just search for your desired photos, choose few, add some explanation, publish it and done! Quick and easy!

So, how this will help in English classroom:

• This will really helpful if students have to do some presentations in the class. By using Bubblr, students can make quick and easy slide presentation by using photos and add some explanations on the photos.
• Students can practice using new vocabulary items when adding some explanation to their slides. By making another slide presentations, students will learn more vocabulary items
• Students will be more motivated as they have to make their own slide presentations, deciding and choosing their own pictures. Thus, students will be more confident and proud to do the presentations as they made the slides by themselves.
• Even this will benefit teachers too! Teachers can use the slide presentations to brainstorm or activate students' schematas through the use of pictures and some explanations related to that pictures.

However, there are few weak points to ponder:

•  The font size cannot be chosen and the size cannot be resized.
• Only Flickr photos can be used. Students may not create their ideals slide presentation using their own pictures. Their creativity may restricted here.
• The dialogue box cannot be editted.Besides, there are only three type of boxes that can be chosen(not many choices for students).

However, you can still use this for your students to help them in their learning process. As long as students can benefit from this, why not trying to use it in your class?
